If you have ever purchased your dream/retirement home, Cynthia McCall (Cindy) is the Realtor you want to deal with. When we decided to buy a home in Laughlin Nevada that we had seen on Zillow and Sell our home in Riverside California, we met Cindy. She told us that the home we wanted was Pending (we were pretty disappointed, we were kind of hoping that it might fall out of escrow), but Cindy told us that there was another one with the same floor plan around the corner, I couldn't imagine that could be true, so she told us to come out and look for ourselves, it turned out it was even better. We drove back to California all the way thinking should we buy that one? When we got back home I poured us a glass of wine we got on the computer looked once again then called Cindy and told her we want to place a deposit on it. The sale of our home (with different Realtor) went far from smooth, but the purchase of our new home was smooth as Key Lime Pie, Cindy new that moving out of State would be a challenge for us and made herself available for questions of any kind and we really tested her on that. Cindy never made us feel like we were bothersome and I know we probably were. There are hundreds of things I could tell you about the things that Cindy did for us that were beyond the call of duty. Cindy has excellent people skills and maintained her professionalism from the beginning and all through the closing stages and even after. Cindy will not hesitate to keep you satisfied and to no end.

First we had medical issues that prevented continuous contact, but were able to work closely through on-line contact and signings, concise phone discussions, and good screening on her part of interested buyers. She was constantly working on our behalf, not necessarily the buyers, but assisted them when appropriate.
