About Cynthia

Cynthia McCall brings 30 years of experience in real estate specializing in residential homes. Her proven knowledge in determining property value, listing or purchase agreement review, and knowledge of forms and disclosures has allowed her to successfully and reliably provide client
guidance. She is passionate about client-advocacy and building relationships through sincere and
effective communication which is reflected in her repeat clients and referrals.

Being flexible in accommodating client preferences, and having a low-pressure sales approach, allows her to create a personal experience for clients that maximizes positive outcomes for all parties. All clients receive a comprehensive market analysis, which includes an estimated net sheet used to determine market value for the sale of properties and profit from sale. As a Nevada resident since 1990, and previously owning and managing her own real estate office for nearly 12 years, Cynthia brings diverse experience and confidence as well as enthusiasm to all endeavors for both buyer sand sellers. She attributes her success not only to her passion for the industry and connecting with her clients, but also to investing time, money and thought into the latest sales, marketing and negotiations techniques.

Cynthia is a member of both the Nevada and Arizona MLS, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Nevada Association of Realtors and the Las Vegas Association of Realtors.
Cynthia grew up in Southern California and loves horses, the desert landscape, golfing, boating and the outdoors. Cynthia’s genuine enjoyment and compassion for people is reflected throughout her interactions with all and can be highlighted in her past experience as an instructional aid for special needs children in the Caldwell, Idaho school district.
